At NitroPro Racing LLC, your satisfaction matters.
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Installed or used parts.

  • Custom-built or special-order items.

  • Clearance or sale products.

  • Gift cards.


3. Return Process

  1. Contact us through the Contact page to initiate a return.

  2. We’ll provide an RMA number and return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back securely with tracking.

Once inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrectly shipped.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged:

  • Report it within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include photos of the packaging and damage.
    We’ll replace the item or issue a refund once verified.


6. Exchanges

We can exchange defective or incorrect items of equal value upon approval.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank or credit account again.

  • Contact your payment provider.
    Then contact us if the issue persists.
