1. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Typical processing time is 1–3 business days before shipment.
You will receive a tracking email once your order ships.
2. Shipping Rates and Methods
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier service selected.
Carriers may include UPS, FedEx, USPS, or others.
3. Delivery Times
Transit times depend on carrier service and destination — typically 2–7 business days for domestic orders.
Delays due to weather or carrier issues are outside our control.
4. International Shipping
We ship internationally where available. Buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately. We’ll assist with a carrier claim and replacement if applicable. Claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery notification.
6. Wrong Address Entries
Please verify your address before checkout. NitroPro Racing LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
7. Pre-Orders and Backorders
Estimated ship dates for pre-orders or backorders will be shown on the product page. We will update you if delays occur.
8. Tracking and Delivery Confirmation
A tracking number will be emailed once the order ships. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
